Birth is a transformative experience and you deserve compassionate support throughout the entire journey.
As your doula, I'm not here to manage your birth or tell you how to navigate this experience. I'm here to tend you through it. This can look like showing up with grounding, calming energy, honoring your instincts and your autonomy, advocating for your wishes, and providing comfort measures.
My approach is trauma-informed, autonomy-centered, and deeply relational. I bring over eleven years of social work experience alongside my doula training, which means I understand the systems you're moving through and how to help you navigate them on your own terms.
I love working with queer and trans folks, witchy parents, people in substance use recovery, and radical abolitionists! I am a queer abolitionist witch in recovery myself with a trans partner, so it nourishes me to be able to support my own community.
For birth doula services, I am currently able to support folks with estimated due dates in October, November, and December.
